I founded EPCS to solve the challenge of executive time scarcity by merging high-level corporate competence with professional delivery mastery.

The Unique Blend of Experience

Corporate & Governance: My background includes serving as a freelance Executive Assistant to various companies, providing an intimate understanding of high-level support and executive needs. Additionally, my roles at American Express (Customer Services and Fraud teams) and as a director of two small companies provide direct experience with complex financial operations, customer risk management, and strategic oversight.

Performance Mastery, my ongoing career as an actor, with roles in films including the upcoming Murderboxx and Unwanted, is the foundation for the Executive Embodiment training that underpins the EPCS service.

Compliance and Assurance

IR35 & Tax: I understand the Off-Payroll Working Rules (IR35) for mid-to-large corporate clients and ensure all engagements are structured to demonstrably support genuine self-employment ("Outside IR35"). I use the HMRC Check Employment Status for Tax (CEST) tool where necessary to verify status.

Confidentiality: A robust, UK-compliant non-disclosure agreement (NDA) governs all work to protect your proprietary strategic data and intellectual property.
